Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays, as these are not counted as business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience, and we'll notify you if there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship Australia-wide only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

We ship to residential addresses and PO Boxes across Australia.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive Australia Post tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey to your door.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Adorna Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist you.
